Hotel Casa Melissa - Playa del Carmen

I recently had a great stay at a hotel just off of 5th Avenue, in the heart of the town and right near the beach. The location was perfect for exploring the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern touches and excellent air conditioning. I appreciated having a fridge in the room to store snacks and drinks. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast included each morning, a great way to start the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Staff attitude was HELPFUL. The ocean view was a bonus.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the location just off of 5th Avenue, right in the town center, and right near the beach. The staff provides great service and pays attention to detail. The rooms with a balcony are fantastic, with modern touches and basic amenities like a fridge and double beds. And to top it all off, breakfast is included!

All in all, everything was more than okay.

We loved the location of this hotel, it's just across a small square to the sand and by the ferry pier. The beach club is also nearby. The interior design is great and the dome over the bed is lovely. Our storage room in the closet was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Spent a great New Year's vacation at this cozy beach hotel. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and the small pool was a great spot to cool off and relax. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning service.

The hotel did not have any breakfast options available, which was a bit of a disappointment. the towels provided were not of the best quality, but they were enough for us to enjoy our stay.

Additionally, having a balcony to enjoy the views adds a nice touch. The breakfast included in the stay is a great value for money.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Located just a few steps from the beach, this hotel boasts a wonderful location. A great place to watch the Danza de los Voladores from your balcony. There are vendors selling food nearby, but without any hassle or pressure to buy. the rooms are clean and spacious, with modern and convenient amenities.

Wi-Fi strength may be weak in some areas.

Enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel. Loved the affordable price and the convenient location which was close to the beach and public transportation. the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and great shower pressure. the small pool area was perfect for a quick dip and provided a relaxing escape from the busy city atmosphere.

The lack of in-room Wi-Fi was slightly inconvenient but didn't detract from our overall experience. the towels provided for the beach were in poor condition and required a cash deposit which was unexpected.
